In this regard, he explained that the dedication of the work is willing to think over, not simply work as a routine, but optimize the work to make it better. Every time he receives the processed drawings, he always studies carefully and thinks more about several ideas. For the best plan, he always fins the overall arrangement of the process steps, saves time and materials, and improves the accuracy of the work piece. And he usually uses new processes and ideas in the practice of solving problems. For example, in Yamaha project, after three trials, the problem points raised by the customer can be closed. Under the active cooperation of various departments, he reduced the number of trials from three times to two times, saving the cost of trials. At the same time, it also saved everyone's time and energy, and Man was commended and rewarded by the company.
